Chang's China Bistro, Zodiac Noodles combines noodles with pork loin, ham, cabbage and shiitake mushrooms in a spicy Kung Pao-style sauce. The recipe calls for rice vermicelli noodles - thin noodles made with rice flour - but you can substitute spaghetti if desired.
