Har Gau (also spelled Har Gow) are the steamed shrimp dumplings with the translucent wrapper (the secret ingredient that makes the outside wrapping so shiny is wheat starch). Although it's a little hard to see, these particular Har Gau dumplings have been shaped like a rabbit (if you look closely you can see the pointed bunny ears), in honor of the Year of the Rabbit in 2006.
