Easier Sweet and Sour Pork

Last night, our family had a craving for comfort food, so my husband whipped up this recipe for Sweet and Sour Pork. But shopping, picking up parcels and tree trimming didn't leave much time to cook dinner, so he skipped dredging and deep-frying the marinated pork and stir-fried it instead. The dish still turned out delicious, with a tangy sweet and sour sauce enhanced by the flavor of black rice vinegar.
