Stir-frying is a great choice for the dog days of summer. The quick cooking time means that you're not heating up the kitchen and gives you more time to be outdoors. To speed up the process even further, try cutting and chopping the meat and vegetables earlier in the day, so that all that's left is to start stir-frying (be sure to seal the food and store it in the refrigerator until ready to use).
